World's First Coolest Interview Ever

Recruitment over twitter? I know you might be either surprised or confused after reading that. But it's True  HCL Technologies has come up with World's First Online Recruitment Campaign over twitter worldwide. It's called #CoolestInterviewEver which will run over twitter till 3rd of March. HCL team will tweet One Question in every 2.5 hours. To participate one needs to follow the @hcltech on Twitter and answer 6 questions to register themselves. The process of evaluation and selection will be carried out by HCL professionals,who will shortlist people after every few hours.

There is no eligibility criteria for the contest. In fact you will be allowed to work in your own country,which sounds really cool. The Contest will run in 3 rounds. First they will Shortlist 100 people then shortlisted people move to round 2 where finally 5 candidates will be shortlisted. and those 5 finalists will need to visit local HCL offices for the final interview.One finalist will get the Job

Coolest Interview Ever has got 5 cool roles on offer – Ideapreneurship Evangelist, Big Data Guru, Hacker-in-Chief, Digital Voyager, Womenspiration. Each of the roles are accompanied by expert mentors from the particular field. The winner can choose any field of their choice. In addition to this work experience, the winner will also receive up to USD 75,000 which is going to be USD 25,000 as prize money and USD 50,000 as the yearly compensation

When I first got to know about this Campaign. My first reaction was wow.
